We want you to love your Windy Wipers. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help.

Return Window: You may return your wipers within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused and in new condition.
  • proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Exchanges: Need a different size or vehicle fit? We’re happy to exchange your order. Customers will cover any difference in product price.

Defects or Incorrect Adapters: If you received defective blades or incorrect adapters:

Streaking/Squeaking Wipers? Try these quick fixes:

  • Clean your windshield and wiper blades with a quality glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth
  • Check for debris or wear on the rubber
  • Make sure your wiper arms have proper tension

Refund Timing: Returns are processed within 7–10 business days once received and approved.

All returns must be approved by our team first. Please contact our support team before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
